With the First Step Act activated in 2019 (CDCR) California Department Of Corrections and Rehabilitation has released more than 3,000 people, an additional 1,300 nonviolent offenders have been released another 3,000 and counting released to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while incarcerated. Therefore, to accommodate the demand of our unique program we must expand our facility to fulfill the needs in our reentry population who aspire to receive services offered by to The Golden Path Reentry Services as their chance to successfully succeed in reentering back into society; 

Our first plan to expand our services: we will be offering more beds to our returning citizen/Reentry Service,, programs to our prison volunteer outreach program, hire more staff, offering much needed supportive services, transportation services, available funding to graduated participants after stepping down graduating to independent living; preventing displacement and recidivism, we look to join new community partnerships. update: we have expanded our services to 15 additional beds since 2021. The Golden Path is seeking a Grant Writer and Contract Specialist for 2022-2023
